Sensei Ibrahim was born in Alexandria, Egypt, into a family with a long line of martial arts athletes. Starting at age nine, he was guided by his father, a trained Greco-Roman wrestler, who wanted to instill discipline and drive into each of his three sons. Ibrahim began by studying judo with 1984 Olympic Silver Medalist, Mohammed Rashwan and former national coach, Abdulmenem Alwahsh. After winning local tournaments, he competed against top athletes in the region, learning under world class instructors.

In 1999, Sensei Ibrahim came to the United States, and started training with Sensei Kai Leung and Sensei Toyotaro Miazake in New York City. Starting as a white belt, he received his black belt from Sensei Miazake in 2003. Sensei Ibrahim has competed on local, national and international levels, winning multiple competitions.

As premier instructor at Ultimate Martial Arts and Fitness, Sensei Ibrahim brings a wealth of expertise and training to his students. His unique approach builds strength, confidence and inspiration to both children and adults. Time is devoted to every student, offering personal attention whenever needed, from those at beginner level to star athletes.-Sandan, Third degree black belt in Shotokan Karate
